1. Introduction

4. User Eligibility

4.2 By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age or such higher age as applies in your jurisdiction; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; and (c) your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you.

5. Acceptable Use

6.1 All Content published on the pkaz Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, graphics, layout, design elements, colour schemes, typography and structural arrangements — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkaz or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

6.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Content for personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not extend to: (a) downloading or storing Content beyond normal browser caching; (b) reproducing Content in whole or in part for any purpose; (c) creating derivative works based on the Content; or (d) commercially exploiting the Content in any form.

6.3 The pkaz name, logo and associated branding elements are proprietary marks of pkaz. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use pkaz branding without express written consent.

7. Disclaimers & Warranties

7.1 The pkaz Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, pkaz disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7.2 While we take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of our Content, we make no warranty or representation that: (a) any information on the Platform is accurate, complete or current; (b) the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors or interruptions; (c) defects will be corrected; or (d) the Platform or its servers are free from viruses or harmful components.

14.4 These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment or franchise relationship between you and pkaz.
